Malik/Marik Ishtar from the anime Yu-Gi-Oh. Malik Ishtar is the antagonist of the second arc of Yu-Gi-Oh!. The holder of the Millennium Rod and leader of the criminal organization Ghouls (called the Rare Hunters in the English anime), Malik wishes to obtain the three God Cards and with them unlock their power for himself so he can gain the title of "Pharaoh" and set his family free.

Michiko from the anime Michiko to Hatchin. Michiko is a sexy criminal who escapes from a supposedly inescapable prison.

Mihoshi Kuramitsu from the anime Tenchi Muyo!.Mihoshi Kuramitsu is a Galaxy Police detective. Her given name "Mihoshi" , (みほし、美星), literally means "Beautiful Star", and is derived from a town in the Okayama Prefecture formerly known as Bisei.

Minato Oba from the anime Hyakko. Minato is a tall, blond girl with a tanned complexion reminiscent of the Ganguro style, and also has a more developed bust than the other girls. Despite her mature appearance, she has a very child-like personality which causes her to become teary eyed over the most trivial of matters. She also maintains an unusual level of childish innocence, causing her to interpret things differently than the other and at times be almost helpless doing the simplest of tasks. When she receives help from other students, she will persistently and excessively try to return the favor back to the person usually well beyond the norm and almost completely attaching to them.

Momo Adachi from the anime Peach Girl. The main protagonist. She has tanned skin and light hair (derived from her constant swimming in chlorinated pools while on the swim team), mistakenly giving others the impression that she is a "beach bunny", lover of the Ganguro style, or sexually promiscuous. On the contrary, Momo is a shy, sweet and insecure girl, though she has a fierce temper. She has loved Toji for many years, although later on she finds herself falling in love with Kairi. When she found out Toji disliked girls with tan skin, she started to avoid swimming pools and wore a lot of sunblock to get her skin to its original color (presumed to be fair). Later on, Momo finds out that Toji never said he disliked girls with tan skin. Her friend from Junior High had made that up because she had liked him too. She is often confused later on when she likes both Toji and Kairi at the same time, causing much dispute between both boys

Moses Sandor from the videogame Tales of Legendia. Hailing from a clan of beast tamers, this javelin-wielding iron eres practitioner is always accompanied by Giet, his Galf (a type of wolf-like beast). The notorious leader of a clan of mountain bandits aboard the Legacy, Moses Sandor leads his large band of outlaws in raids across the surrounding lands. He views Giet and his outlaw followers as his own family and will lay down his life to protect them. He also "adopts" Jay and the others as his family, and seems oblivious to Jay's obvious disdain for the title of "Little Bro." At first glance he may appear barbaric, but he is actually a very kind young man who takes good care of those dear to him and is easily moved to tears. He uses his iron eres to power up his spear attacks. His last name is of Hungarian origin, just like that of his subordinate, Csaba. Moses's Character Quest revolves around his partnership with Giet. Giet begins attacking people and it is revealed all tamed beasts eventually turn wild once more and kill their handlers. While doubtful is it Giet at first, Moses eventually realizes he must part with him. Instead of the two fighting to the death, Giet is released in the area under The Legacy and Moses says goodbye to his best friend. The nickname given to him by Norma is "Red".
