Her feelings toward Gutts slowly change at a point in time. She can actually find love within him, something she was seeking from Griffith. Gutts gave it so easily. Her dream changed, to be with him, she moved on from Griffith. Because again Gutts was the deciding factor, the fate changer. A man that was never meant to be part of the equation. In this person, Caska found the missing part of her dream. A mate. Caska Is stubborn, head-strong woman, who keeps her emotions hidden. Gutts is the only one to hear her story and emotions. They both can speak freely to one another, yet in the same boat with Griffith and his Iron stance of clouded sentiment. Typically, he gets on people's nerves with his jokes; however, the anime has shown there are a few moments where people enjoyed his jokes. Yoh occasionally let off a light chuckle to them, and both Tamao and Pirka laugh hysterically (Pirka takes some time to understand the jokes, and Tamao had her spirits explain it to her before she cracks up).
