To help people with darker skin tones find characters that they can cosplay as I decided to make a list.

Not saying that people with dark skin can't pull off dressing as Asian/white characters, just look at this vid:

It's just that sometimes you want to cosplay a character that fits you perfectly, whether it be because of their face, attitude, or skin color.
